Heather - Managing Director
Heather Lockaby is the owner/lead event planner of Timeless Events. She started this company as an extension of herself providing enthusiastic planning, management, and support for your big day. She has an eye for detail and is able to execute any couple's vision for their wedding. It is really important to her to build strong, trusting relationship with all of our brides and grooms in order to make the planning process for you effortless and enjoyable.
When Heather is not in her office planning away, she is coordinating and developing design plans for Renee Burroughs Design as the operations manager and a lead designer.
Heather will escape from the work life to manage her family, husband Michael and two adorable little boys, Dylan and Brice. She is 100% a boy mom who loves the outdoors and spending every spare minute with her family. When not coordinating a wedding on a weekend, you can find Heather in her garden, tending to the family farm, hanging our with friends and family, or on the week she has off...Traveling!!!
Dylan - Associate Planner
Hey y'all! I’m Dylan! Thanks for taking time to meet me! I am a Lead Coordinator and Associate Planner for Timeless Events. I am also the Marketing and Social Media Manager. I have always dreamt of being an event coordinator. When I was given the opportunity to shadow Heather at my very first wedding as a day of coordinator, I fell in love. I knew that this was exactly what I was supposed to be doing. I love seeing all of the planning come together in full circle to meet and exceed expectations of a bride and groom's dream wedding day. Being a part of one of the best days in someone's life and seeing all of the love, smiles and laughter, is a feeling that's indescribable. My life outside of the event industry is a busy one. I live in the town of Easley, SC along with my spouse and our four adorable children. My spouse is a co-owner of the restaurant Woodside Bistro in Greenville, SC. When I am not working, all of my time is spent with my family. We love doing outdoor activities, having game nights, and traveling different places. Family time is the best!
Jessica - Associate Planner
Hi Everyone! I’d love to tell you a bit about myself. I am lover of all fairytales so getting to help make our couples own fairytales come true is very exciting to me. To have all the people that a couple loves in the same room to celebrate their love for each other is truly a special and magical thing that happens in their lives. When coming from a background in human resources and having a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, it has equipped me to handle whatever is thrown at me on wedding days. Whether it is a sudden rainstorm, car problems, family drama, or any unforeseen event, I will do everything within my power to solve the problem. My job as lead coordinator and associate planner is to make sure our couple is happy and enjoying their special day from the very beginning to the very end! Nothing makes me feel more rewarded than knowing our couple is truly in the moment and having the most incredible time. When I’m not making sure a bride gets down the aisle without a hitch, you can find me on the family farm with my husband and two beautiful children
Katelin - Associate Planner
Hey Everyone, Katelin here! I first joined Heather’s team in late fall of 2017 as an assistant coordinator. I have a background in Business and obtained my Associates degree in 2015 while living in Myrtle Beach. I enjoy seeing an event come together and all of the parts that make up each event. I love being able to be a part of each couples special day and ensure that they are able to enjoy their day while leaving all of the details and finishing touches up to our crew. This is a very rewarding job! I would have to say my favorite part is getting to see the couple’s first dance as husband and wife! Working with Heather has allowed me to develop an eye for detail and see the inner workings of the wedding industry. I am truly grateful for her allowing me to become a part of this close knit crew and treating me as if I am their family. When I am not working with Heather, I am usually outdoors with my family or sitting on my front porch reading a book and enjoying a cup of coffee.
Katelyn - Associate Planner
After working for over 4 years in the wedding industry I came to Heather and Timeless Events ready to learn even more about the industry and grow as a planner. I love the opportunity to create unique moments for couples and guests to enjoy. My favorite part of working in this industry is being able to work intimately with couples on one of the most memorable days of their life. I want to ensure that they leave their wedding remembering all the amazing memories created with their loved ones and none of the stress over logistical matters. Taking care of everyone involved with the wedding day from vendors to guests ensures the couple can relax and fully enjoy the moment. When not working on weekends, I love spending time outdoors with my future husband and adorable two year old, Asher. On longer extended down time I enjoy traveling and going on a variety of adventures with my family.
